I definitely give 5 stars to River Oaks Apartments. I've seen a lot of apartments in the area and these have definitely been my favorite. I also found the staff to be incredibly warm and friendly and very helpful which means a lot to me.

Me and my roommates have been living here for a couple of weeks now and we absolutely love it! The application and move-in process was made so simple by Abby, she is wonderful! Very quick to respond, and explained everything very well and kindly. The property itself is beautiful, and our apartment is so spacious. Very happy to have found this place!!

I've lived in River Oaks for over 3 years and it's been the best renting experience I've ever had. The maintenance team is exceptional. They answer maintenance requests QUICKLY and are always respectful. The office/leasing staff has also been great. They are extremely helpful and professional. Honestly, I'm pretty high maintenance, but after 3 years, River Oaks continues to exceed my expectations! Thanks for providing a beautiful and safe place to live!

Anthony and the management team have been great to work with and the maintenance crew is quick, friendly, and knowledgable. We recently had our dishwasher stop working and Todd, Marshall, and Eddy all were a huge help. They always say hello when we see them around the complex and a couple of the crew even went out of their way to help get my car unstuck after a huge snow storm last winter.
